It was just a few years ago where my body, health and performance hit an all time low.

Back in 2019 I completely neglected myself for my career, I spent almost every hour of the day burying my head into the laptop desperately trying to move forwards in my career.

But what I didn't realise is that over time, my productivity, energy, focus and confidence hit rock bottom. I was taken to A&E from burn out and stress and I completely lost sight of the 'old me' that would wake up everyday raring to go.

My relationships started to suffer, my business took a hit and my happiness was at it's lowest.

I still remember my first coach saying to me 'you have to be selfish to be selfless, you can't pour from an empty cup' and from that moment my entire life changed.

I focused on my own body, health and performance and as a by product, my career excelled, my relationships were healthy and I finally felt confident within me again.
